I have been counting calories and have hit a plateau so I am going to try some of the things that they tell you to do in the book. Just starting so I can't say if they work or not but I am hopeful. It is a short book and they do have some good ideas.
This was a nice book. There was no new info. There was a large amount of redundancy. Eating fruit and vegetables was mentioned over and over again. There was no push drinking water. I may recommend this book as general introductory material.
Now I understand what real food is, nature is real food. I like how the diet is broken down into stages, because I don't like making so many changes at once. Who knew fresh food was easy too find? I have so much more energy now. The diet is easy to stick too.
